2021's Tango Talk XV: Osvaldo Pugliese & Orchestra
Saturday 6th Ferbruary
Tango Orquesta Tipica's were central to the growth and development of argentine tango from 1910's.
Tango wouldn't be as it is without the influence of some great conductors & orchestras like Pugliese, Disarli, Troilo, D'Arienzo, Canaro, Tanturi, Fresedo, Biaggi, D'Agostino, De Angelis, Demare, Calo, Laurenz & more.
In these talks we will explain and identify the fundamental musical, rythmical & expressive elements often used by the conductors & orchestras to create their own unique style and we'll explore some personal, aestetic, social and historical aspects that made them part of the history of tango.
